1. Acceptance of Terms

7.3. Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, jl130, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF jl130 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7.4. IN NO EVENT SHALL jl130'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

7.5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jl130, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) your use or misuse of the Services.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1. jl130 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• You fail to complete identity verification procedures
• We suspect money laundering or other financial crimes
• We determine that your account poses a security risk
• We are required to do so by regulatory authorities or law enforcement
• You request voluntary self-exclusion

8.2. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services immediately ceases. You may request withdrawal of any remaining account balance, subject to completion of verification procedures and resolution of any outstanding disputes or investigations.

8.3. In cases of termination due to breach of these Terms, fraud, or illegal activity, jl130 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance and withhold payment of any outstanding winnings.

8.4. You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you will no longer be able to access your account, and any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of applicable fees or charges.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.4. You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or such claim shall be forever barred.
